Cancellation Policy

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments with Montana Detail Co., LLC are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for you. Because we operate by appointment only, cancellations and rescheduling directly impact our ability to serve other customers.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee 

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Policy

If we arrive at the scheduled location and are unable to perform the service due to:

  • No response from the customer

  • Inaccessible vehicle

  • Vehicle not present

  • Unsafe or unsuitable working conditions

the appointment will be considered a no-show, and a cancellation fee may apply

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
  • In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule. In these cases, no cancellation fee will be charged.

  • Emergencies and unexpected situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
